Paul Zedalis
Originally from Stafford County, Virginia, Paul grew up on a farm and hunting at a very young age. He is an avid bowhunter and experienced outdoorsman that loves upland game and deer hunting, but training/hunting his dogs and bowhunting wild turkey is his #1 passion.
Paul served for over 30 years in our United States Army, deployed for six combat tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan, and culminated his military career as a Command Sergeant Major with the esteemed 1st Infantry Division at Fort Riley, Kansas. He currently resides in Junction City, Kansas, with his wife Kimberly.
He can be seen guiding clients on our ranch with his two German Shorthair Pointers; Max and Daisy. His two dad-and-son Labs; Private and Trooper. And his Large-Munsterlander; Pepper.
Paul absolutely loves guiding folks, not only for our clients, but he regularly "volunteers" his free time guiding Youths, Service Members, and Veterans. He always strives to make your hunt a very fun, enjoyable, and truly memorable experience. If you hunt with Paul, be ready for some good-natured ribbing and lots of joking around!
Chris Welling
Originally from Michigan he moved to Kansas in 2010. Chris has been guiding uplands hunts for 10 years in the Flint Hills area. He provides guide service to a number of other outfitters in the area. He strives to provide a hunting experience that you will never forget. His favorite part of upland hunting is watching the dogs work. He hunts over German Shorthair pointers and Irish setters. He is an active member of the Dickinson county Pheasants Forever chapter where he enjoys mentoring youth hunters.
